Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
We usually ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless requested or stated otherwise.
Standard shipping is for all orders shipped within the continental United States. Please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering items to be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii, or elsewhere outside the continental US.
- Shipping is based on number of items purchased.
First item - $6.50
Up to 3 items - add $2.00 (total of $8.50)
Up to 6 items - add $3.00 (total of $11.50)
7 or more items - add $3.50
(total of $15.00)
- For orders of $100 or more, shipping is Free!.
Average delivery time is 14 to 21 days (keeping in mind that all items are handpainted/handcrafted for each order). For custom orders, allow up to an additional 10 days.
You MUST notify us within 30 days of order placement, if your order has not arrived. We will not be responsible for orders if notification is received after that time.
Returns
Please Note: Custom orders can not be returned.
Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send an exchange, or credit you for the item.
Returns & Exchanges
If your Conforti Creations online purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return the item to us in its original and unused condition within 10 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.
